Alice’s running subscription is for anyone who wants to make a positive change to their current training and is looking for professional guidance.

Training on your own can be daunting and lonely. But it doesn’t have to be, with Alice’s help and guidance – she is a former GB athlete and is currently the British record holder in both the marathon and half-marathon in her age group.

Whether you are a seasoned marathon runner looking to improve your PB, or just starting out on your running journey, the running subscription includes the following:

  • A 45-minute ‘welcome call’ via Zoom/Teams

  • A bespoke training programme delivered to you every fortnight via Training Peaks, based on your running history, capacity to train, work-life balance and running goals.

  • Personalised drills and Strength & Conditioning exercises – so beneficial to form, function and injury prevention.

  • Session data analysis to ensure optimum pace and results.

  • Fortnightly catch-up call to discuss training, mood, motivation, upcoming races and commitments that will affect training.

  • Help with building mental resilience.

  • Pre-race support – race selection, tactics, practical considerations, race-day nutrition.

  • Post-race follow-up.
